Hawaii 5-0

Hawaii 5-0, is one of my favorite shows. I like the characters Steve, Kono, and Dan-O. The show takes place in Hawaii. It is a beautiful place. There are rainforests, volcanoes, and beaches. The water is crystal clear
The show is a crime show. It is about a team, known as the "5-0 Task Force." This task force takes cases involving specialized crimes for Hawaii. The force works very closely with the police forces, but it is a bit more militarized. They have access to more extreme and advanced technology, weapons, and authorities.
Dan-O and Steve are best friends on the show. They started as just partners, then the others joined. They are very funny together. Currently in the show, they are building their restaurant. Since Dan-O is an Italian from New Jersey, he wanted to bring his family recipes to Hawaii. Thus, they are building an Italian Restaurant. What is ironic about this is that the restaurant is in China Town.
The show is filled with comedy, action, and drama. I have been watching it for about 7 years now. I am going to be very sad when it comes to an end. In case you want to watch, it is on Friday nights, at 9 o'clock, on CBS.

Comments

  1. Nice review of one of my favorite shows! I just haven't been that happy since Daniel Dae Kim and Grace Park left. The show isn't the same without them.

  2. I like that you reviewed a show that you enjoy. Our students love to learn about us outside of the classroom. I like that you focused on the use of commas. This concept can be challenging, even for our L1 English speakers.
